You can't modify the HTML directly, since it is always generated from the
t2t and will thus be overwritten. I've made the necessary changes to the
.t2t files for Hebrew to ensure that DIR="rtl" gets applied (revision
31458). Please update your svn working copy. Note that I've added some
lines to the top of userGuide.t2t and changes.t2t and also added a new file
called locale.t2tconf.
