Hello all!

I guess this would concern mostly the developers, but maybe it has been
already discussed around and you could give me some feed back about the
issues.

Firstly, can I use the translation svn to add a document inside my
language's directory? I'd use that to fill some general info regarding my
translation such as sources I used, debatable terms etc. It would be a
readme txt file of a decent size.

Secondly, if I were to add the plural forms inside the .po translation
file, would the project use those?
for example:

msgid "%d percent"
msgstr "%d procente"

transformed into

msgid "%d percent"
msgstr[0] "%d procent"
msgstr[1] "%d procente"
msgstr[2] "%d de procente"

Thank you!
