[nvda-translations] Small correction for Polish po file.

Hi Hubert,
It looks like there is a message that needs correction, the po checker
gives the following output:
tag:%s english:0, localization:1
WARNING: please check the following message:
line scroll
Translated as:
przewiń linię %s
is it ok if the %s is removed, or does the message need rewriting?
On a second issue, did the assembla alerts problem get resolved or are
you still not receiving the emails?
If you use twitter and prefer to be alerted that way, send me your
username and the server will send you messages when the Polish
files need updating
If anyone else also is failing to receive the emails, I might send an
email to assembla support to see if they can check that the emails are
being sent from their servers correctly.
