Hi, I think that the easiest way is that you follow the automated
translation workflow described in the wiki of NVDA.
In short, translatable strings are periodically included in .po files,
in specific folders for different languages.
You can use the Poedit program to open the files corresponding to the
languages that you want to translate, and then send changes to the
right repository, so that your translation is included into the
add-on.

translate dialog to choose emoticon to insert. So, i have no problem
translating emoticons (it is simple text file), but is there any easy
way to translate strings in dialog of this plugin?
