Hi, i want to translate dictionary to czech language and, if possible,
translate dialog to choose emoticon to insert. So, i have no problem
translating emoticons (it is simple text file), but is there any easy
way to translate strings in dialog of this plugin?

Hi, I've just released Emoticons 5.4. This includes translation updates and fixes tipos (removing consecutive spaces) in readme.
Thanks to authors (Chris, Mesar and Francisco Javier), translators, users, and specially to Rèmy to fix the readme file for this version.
