For Rui and others: this is quite a serious problem...
The issue has to do with the fact that the systray icons dialog cannot be found
wheexiting NVDA.

In the early days of add-on releases, it was a common practice to
update the readme pages whenever localization updates were posted.
This stopped in 2014, and readme pages are updated if a major version
of the add-on is released or a significant minor versions are released.

The addons website does not indicate that all of the addons listed in
the appended message have been updated.
For example, the NoBeep addon shows:
