For new friends: welcome to the add-ons community. Although general NVDA
questions are welcome (sometimes, add-on ideas are born that way), we tend
to focus more on add-on management and to post announcements regarding
add-on releases and such. The following post is more towards add-on
management, as NVDACon planning committee plans to devote a day just for
add-ons (April 23rd is the tentative add-ons day).
One of the session ideas presented was a session for those writing scripts
for JAWS for Windows to learn more about how to write NVDA add-ons. I'd like
to propose that we recruit one or two JAWS scripts and NVDA add-on writers
as speakers for this session (preferably Doug Lee). If you are interested in
presenting this session or know someone who'd like to do it, please have
