Thanks for your feedback. I am using NVDA and IE11 is my default browser, but I have also tried Firefox with similar results. Yes I accept that you can search for words or phrases, but more often than not I wish to see what news items and features are listed and then read any that might be of interest. Especially those not covered by the broadcast media. If any, which screenreader do you use? And which browser do you use? I use Internet Explorer with JAWS 15 and a Refreshable Focus 40 Blue Braille Display. And regarding the HTML links, they do not work that well for me either, my advice would be, if you use JAWS, to use a feature called JAWS Find (CTRL+JAWSKey+F) and search for the title of the article you want to read. For me the links are only useful to find out the name of each article. When clicking on The Independent, I got a finance magazine and when clicking on The Guardian I got a supplement called I think G2 S. No matter what I did I could not get the main paper. If anyone is interested I can supply a very long list of outstanding deficiencies' and faults with the new service, but it would take too long! Despite RNIB setting up this forum, I , notice that so far no one responsible for running the service has responded to any of the matters raised so far. Pete
