Is VoTS usable by lvl 52? it can't be equiped till 55.
Some other singing mod items
Carved Skull Mask has a 1.4 mod on it, Drops of Inny in Nadox.
Refined Ore of Harmonies also has a 1.4 mod on it, cost 960 LDoN points though,
Crowned Staff of Anguish has a 2.0 mod but drops of Keeper of Sorrows, might be
tougth :P
Epic Has 1.8 mob but sorta need red and white dragon scale for that :P
Inny might be network doable, drops 3 pieces of loot per kill too.
