Teacher Sues School District Over Student's Web Threat
A Pennsylvania teacher has sued the Abington Heights School District
over a "secret assassination plan" that was allegedly posted by a student
on the Internet because he was upset over a teachers' strike. Teacher
Willard Smith said in the suit, filed in the Common Pleas Court of
Lackawanna County, that the unnamed student should be further disciplined
by the school for threatening him on his personal Web site.
