From: BJ Berquist <berquist@xxxxxx>

After School Online (ASO) is a forum for educators.  The scheduled
events, designed for professional development, are open to everyone in
the TAPPED IN community and all guests.

This week's featured events for ESL/EFL teachers and learners include
the Saturday and Sunday WebHeads and a Sunday EuroLang discussion on
using Viv@, a virtual interactive village. Monday starts the school week
with the Tech Leaders' Forum on Staff Development and a new Special Ed
group for ADHD. Tuesday is JigsawHelper with Fred Steinbrenner and The
Big 6 with Ferdi Serim. Wednesday is Lesley Farmer's Targeting
Librarians!
on the topic of information literacy. Donna Hendry's Language Arts Forum
topic on Wednesday is  Dr. Seuss. Thursday's Alternative/Correctional Ed
Group topic on Gangs will have some special guests from Bajito Onda,
Heads on Fire, and The National Major Gang Task Force. Also, on Thursday
Sheree Rensel will lead the National Board Certification discussion
group. Go to the url below each event for descriptions of the individual
events.

Don't forget the tours and tips sessions if you're new to TAPPED IN or
if you want to find out how to get an archived transcript from an event
that you missed because of a time zone conflict or a busy  schedule.
There are tours scheduled to fit most time zones. Print out this weekly
schedule as a quick reference to what's happening.

Login at http://www.tappedin.org. If you are new to TAPPED IN, please
login 10 minutes before the ASO event is scheduled to begin.  This will
allow the helpdesk volunteers to get you where you need to be.
