Summer Internships

NASA Headquarters is now soliciting applications for summer interns. For 
more details regarding NASA History internships, please see 
http://history.nasa.gov/interncall.htm
 on the Web. To apply for a summer internship in the NASA History Office, 
please follow a two-step process.
 
First, send a resume, writing sample (a recent research paper from a 
history or other social science class is fine), and the name and contact 
information of  your academic adviser to Steve Garber, 
steve.garber@xxxxxxxxxxx, 202-358-2866 fax. Include a cover letter 
indicating when you would like to start and finish your internship and 
when you are available for an in-person interview.

Second, go to 
http://jsearch.usajobs.opm.gov/summary.asp?OPMControl=IK7288
 on the Web to view the 
formal vacancy announcement for summer internships at NASA Headquarters. 
Carefully follow the instructions to apply formally to the NASA 
Headquarters Human Resources Office. Please note in your formal 
application that you would like to work in the NASA History Office.

The deadline is to apply for summer internships is March 18, 2003. Thank
