Allegro Production’s Virtual Scientist Guest Lecturer Series, in celebration of
the National Engineers Week Foundation’s “Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day”
on February 24th, is pairing up engineers with schools to serve as virtual
scientist guest lecturers to discuss with students (grades 6-12) the work
involved in becoming, and being an engineer, in an effort to educate students
about the field of engineering. Virtual visits will take place via Skype or
existing videoconferencing systems. Support for this event is funded by a
grant from the Motorola Foundation; there is no charge to participate. To
