As a matter of fact, Jean, you are correct! It is a Three-banded
Planthopper (see BugGuide page here <http://bugguide.net/node/view/18115>)
and only took me a few minutes to find it. No wonder I had spent hours
looking through micro-moth photos to no avail . . . . ;D Thanks!!!
Could the yellow and black one be a plant hopper? I have some that color
