Jean, I think your help with the Wings Up Bent-line Carpet moth has helped. About half my unidentified wings-up pictures may be it. Look at one of them on my Picasa pictures. What do you think? Ken, I've included 3 pics that might possibly be 2072– *Chionodes discoocellella*– Eyeringed Chionodes Moth. I always passed it up because the head and palps are unlike any of the photos including yours, but your image 9491 made me take another look. I have also included species 21, 22, and 23 for December. If my IDs are good, Spartanburg County which had no moths recorded in December- now has the second most of any SC county- my excuse of a hot toddy this cold, rainy evening which probably marks the end of December leps.
