Paul,
I think you are correct. I photographed an individual that I am calling the
same species a couple years ago (btw, it is buscki), and they look very
similar. Here is the pic:

I’m pretty sure this is 6093.Buck's Plume Moth, Geina bucksi, Warren
County, 4 Jun 2013. It was not a very easy moth to photograph.
