Spent yesterday 6/2/2014 at a work meeting on Bear Island of Hammocks Beach State Park (what a meeting site, love my job sometimes) 1 Garden Tortrix 1 Bluegrass Webworm Moth 1 Bent-line Carpet 5 White-marked Tussock Moth (larva) 1 attached Gelechiidae moth that may be Neotelphusa sequax, Crepuscular Rock-rose Moth. There is a NC record for this species from the mountains on MPG. Lifer if so and new for our state park database! But wow what a tough group of moths. -- Brian Bockhahn birdranger248@xxxxxxxxx
