Larry,
 
I think the the first one is Coleotechnites quercivorella, 1828, while the 
second is Coleotechnites florae, 1809. That is just my opinion, others may 
differ.

Not sure what these are. I was looking at maybe 
Coleotechnites florae - Coleotechnites Flower Moth - Hodges#1809.
The first one was in Johnson City, the second in Jonesborough.
