Hi Stuart Thanks for these messages. I will get there on 22nd March at 5pm for Mary's do. I have been asked to attend a meeting in the Radison Hotel for the Irish guidedogs for the Blind this Wednesday at 8pm in the Radison Hotel - it is a once off meeting for the southside volunteers and guidedog owners so I said I would go - and unfortunately it is on Wednesday so I wont be able to go to the ECDL class but I can go in early on Thursday march 22 to catch up if that is ok as I don?t like missing class if I can avoid it. So have a nice Paddy's Weekend and see you earlier on Thursday 22 March or else see you at 5pm for mary's do. Firstly, a reminder that class this week is on Wednesday and not Thursday. I will not be here but Joe and Mary will be around. Secondly, on the following Thursday, which is 22nd March, we will be visited by Denise Leahy and Mary Cleary from the Irish computer Society (ICS). Denise and Mary are visiting in order to discuss the thank you event I mailed you about last week, which takes place on 19th April, but they would also like to use the opportunity to say hello to the class, so they will be with us around 6:30 on the Thursday evening, and I will bring them into class to say hi to everyone. Finally, and also on the 22nd of march, Joe and I would like to mark Mary's last official day working with us on the ECDL course. We are planning to get a cake for Mary and would like if possible, to have a little celebration around 5:00 pm, just before class. If you can make it for 5:00 pm and join in some cake and tea it would be great. I am also delighted to let you know that Mary has very kindly agreed to stay on as a volunteer so we won't be saying good bye to her, but we do want to acknowledge the wonderful work she has done since she started working with our group, and as she finishes officially with NCBI at the end of March to return to her work with Eircom, it seems an appropriate time to do it. If there are any other queries please either use this list or throw an email towards Joe or myself and we'll be back to you immediately. Thanks everyone, and I'll see you all for class on Thursday week, I hope this Wednesday's class goes well for everyone. Regards, Stuart. Stuart Lawler. Rehabilitation Centre Manager.
