[nama] Nama not starting after last pull just now

Hello Joel!
I can repeat this on two systems. This happens:
Global symbol "%cache_map" requires explicit package name at
../lib/Audio/Nama/Persistence.pm line 50.
And there are a few more complaints about %cache_map. Did you perhaps
comment the line, where it was defined or something?
