Here are the applications I use every day. Each one of them is
critical to how I use my Mac, but I would be particularly paralyzed
without the Adobe products, to which I'm devoted. While Quark is a
sentimental favourite, it has lost much of its lustre next to the
seamless integration of Adobe's CS applications:

Adobe Acrobat Professional
Stuffit
Time Tracker
Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Transmit
Firefox
Toast Titanium
