[muglo] spyware

Greetings!
I've recently tried to go to a web site only to be "trapped" by an
anti virus web site that says my computer id infected with spyware.
When I click on "cancel" it still proceeds to thier web site. pop up
ad from hell, or legitimate concern? _(imac osx 10.4.11)
