Theresa: I just checked the Firefox 3.0.5 knowledge Base and did not
find anything that specificatlly addressed your problem. But there
is a Live Chat option. If you go to Firefox/Help/Ask a Question/Live
Chat, you'll see a listing of the hours they are open M-Fr, PST.
They are not open 24/7. It might be worth it to see if the Live Chat
people can help you find a solution.
Have found solutions to my problems using the Live Chat option in
connection with other applications.
