Unknown values as presently the Mac is > apart in pieces on the floor. I doubt the 8100/80 has many hardware bits 'n bobs that can be shared with the 6400/200. The 8100/80 is a NuBus-based Mac whilst the 6400/200 would be PCI-based which means the architecture is dramatically different (plus, the 6400 was a "consumer" Mac (one of Apple's better consumer Macs mind you). RAM on the 8100/80 will probably be 72 pin vs. the 6400/200 with 168 pin. VRAM tends to be very machine or line-specific so I'd be surprised if you could swap those chips as well. You could possibly use an HD from the 8100/80 and, if desired, swap a floppy drive or CD-ROM.
