They've always had Mac geeks, but had them chained in the basement. I managed to get to one 8 or 9 years ago (after many attempts & hours on hold) when Mac forums couldn't solve a mail sending problem. After adjusting the 'baud transfer rate' in my router, it worked fine. I sent their boss a nice email thanking them, but I doubt that was the reason for their release from the dungeons.
