[mso] weird Problem

Hi everyone
Here's my first post to the list.
I have installed Windows 2000 and Office XP in my computer. Every thing
using WinWord went fine untill printing the document. When I printed it, I
noticed between every two letters a small arc joining them. Notepad prints
fine even Acrobat Reader. The printer I have is Fujitsu DL 3400 dot matrix.
Why this happens with Word?
