See this link for a standard answer to this problem. Although many have found that simply running Detect and Repair (from Help menu) fixes the problem. So you'll want to give that a try first. <URL start> http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.outlook/msg/c17bb52a846760e5 ?dmode=source&hl=en <URL End> Good luck... Dian D. All I ask is that my $500 program actually work. Are there services and settings outside of Office that must be enabled? I sort of thought that if i completely unibnstalled the app, my old settings would not come back. But they did. Theycould be good or bad, depending I guess. I like that i don;t have to recreate my calendars, or my contacts, or my journals, but i don;t like that i am stilll having trouble with making word my editor. It worked yesteerday. It worked this morning. It didn;t work the second time today that i tried to send a message. It is not working...now....helppp.... xpprosp2mso2003user(sometimes) hands palm-to-palm xpproetcetc..aka ktj __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
