[mso] sending attachments

I suddenly have had a problem in sending emails in word .When I click on send I
have the option of sending with or without an attachment.I click on attachment
and a box drops down I get a message saying windows messaging set-up wizard.I
have not used this before and could someone help me to get rid of this.Its
becoming a problem.
