[mso] Re: same doc, different outcome

Indeed, it't the info in the header / footer area.
The address in the footer is brought to the next line, some names in the
textbox to the left dissappeared, and there is a wrong outlining in the top
left box.
I formatted this computer completely, no printer was added before trying out
the .doc file.
