Hi, I worked with a really good wizop once who traced a problem like this to the kind of memory actually installed in the computers. All of the memory should be the same type and size he decided. On the problem computers some was edo some not. I don't really know what that means. He told me that the hardware documentation says you can use all types of memory in any configuration but in fact that was what was causing the problem. He'd ordered memory trusting the documentation and the docs were just wrong. HTH..
