[mso] Re: outlook2000 rules

Ken I had a similar problem with Outlook 2000 which seemed to create a copy
of the message before applying the rule/s to the message.  You might try
ensuring that the box "stop processing more rules" is also ticked in your
list of options - that seemed to work on a lot of the conflicts.  I've
upgraded now so can't remember exactly how I set them all up - hope that
helps a bit.

Rule to move creates a copy.

Rule 1 When arrive if 'ot' is in subject line move to folder 'junk'.
Rule 5 When arrive if 'ch' is in subject line move to fielder  'ch'.

Rule 1 is intended to filter out flagged off topic messages.
In practice, I an getting a copy of the 'ot' in both folders, doubling the
manual filter and delete that the rules were intended to reduce.
Any ideas?
