[mso] Re: once more COUNTIF ?

I don't think countif is the correct method for what your trying to do. 
Actually I dont think excel has a command/function to do that. However 
the good news is it can be done in VB so I would guess it could be done 
in excel using VBA.

CountIf is going to look for an EXACT match of your 'test' value with 
the entire contents of the cell, not just a portion of the contents.
