You might ask your friend to open Outlook and click on
File-->Options-->Mail-->Message Format and untick the box: Remove extra line
breaks in Plain Text messages.

Best wishes

Nigel.

[mso] Outlook: keeping separate lines separate

I have a friend who has received the email from my form script into his
Outlook (2010) and the various short lines have been run together.

That is instead of showing as

Line 1: blah blah
Line 2: more and more

It shows as

Line 1: blah blah Line 2: more and more

Is there something in Outlook that controls this?
