[mso] Re: inbox clock is off

The daylight time fix should not be important at this time as it just corrected
when daylight savings time starts. By now even the old setting should have
switched to DST.
As I stated in an earlier reply, that does not seem to have made it through,
the time difference may be because the ISP uses Standard Time for the receive
time. At least mine does, as shown in the properties of various emails.
