[mso] Re: inbox clock is off

Personal test. I sent an email to a friend with the correct time and the
"received" time was correct. I against another email with the time off by 2
hours. My friend reported that the received time was also off by 2 hours.
One caveat, the friend an I were both using the same ISP.
In the past, the email server of my ISP used it's own internal clock to time
stamp the emails.

if you are using outlook for your email... then go to microsoft and search
for the outlook daylight savings fix.... it'll correct the time for the
"new" DST time that went into effect this year.. (fixed it for me)

My Inbox shows the wrong time for incoming messages. The time on the
messages is one hour early. Does anyone know a fix for this?
Thanks,
David
