Ok, Dian and Neil...I guess I have to do it your way, but I sure don't like
it....I must have 120 folders and rules I will have to recreate....but, oh
well

I just can't figure out why using the 2002 pst file causes everything to
show up 3 times....maybe it's got something to do with that Business Contact
Manager?  Who knows lol

An another note...I thought I had the freelists thing all cleared up, but I
can't get into any freelists pages AGAIN today grrrrrr
