[mso] Re: create text file from column contents

I apologize, I should have been more specific.  I may have confused things,
however, when you were talking macro, were you talking macro from Word or
Access?  I was giving Access macro directions, where you would create a new
macro, choose OutputTo or SendObject from the pull down box in the action
window, and fill in appropriate action arguments that appear below for each
command.

What exact processes/softwares are you using for the mail merge or getting

I need the first step..as usual..MS says what to do, but not how to do
it...
I have looked under help and all over the toolbars and don't see an option
to OutputTo or SendObject...where is it?
