Bill,
When you print, check the "Scale to Paper Size" option. Be sure to
select your paper size from the drop down list. (It is on the lower
right side of the print window.) This should do what you need.

I have been making a 8.5'' X 14'' landscape bulletin in word format with
4 equal colums and have had trouble getting the print in the 4th column
(far right one ) to show on the far right side of that column.When I
print the bulletin out I lose up to 4 letters all the way down from top
to bottom.On the screen it looks great but when printed its
sub-standard.Is it the formatting of what I'm doing or could it be the
printer has to be altered ? ( for lack of a better word ) Thx in
