[mso] access 97 DoMenuItem Code explanation

Hi,
I'm updating some code from an Access 97 database and only have Access 2002. I 
need to know what the menu items are in the code listed below:
 
DoCmd.DoMenuItem acFormBar, 3, 0, , acMenuVer70
