That may preclude this as being the problem but MS seems to think that they'll only allow this to work if the contact's Business address is marked as the mailing address. How about giving this a shot? In Outlook, use the following steps to change the designation of the "This is the mailing address" setting to the Business address: 1. Start or switch to Outlook, and then click Contacts in the Outlook bar. 2. Double-click a name, and click the General tab. 3. Click the menu for the type of address. You should see the three choices of Business, Home, and Other. Click Business. 4. Select "This is the mailing address". 5. Click Save and Close. 6. Minimize or close Outlook. 7. In Word, click the Insert Address button. 8. In the Select Name dialog box, click the down arrow next to "Show Names from the", and click Contacts (under the Outlook Address Book item). 9. Click to select the name that you want to use, click the Mailing button, and click OK. Greg Chapman http://www.mousetrax.com "Counting in binary is as easy as 01, 10, 11!
