[mso] Word contacts

Hello all,
Thanks for the responses to the jumping icon query sorry for the duplication in
posts due I suspect to my Internet supplier.
I have a further question this time for a problem faced in Word. Prior to
upgrading to Office 2000 I could click on the address icon in word and call up
addresses from Outlook contacts. This facility does not work since I have
upgraded - Any suggestions

Sometimes in outlook while trying to open messages in my inbox the page jumps
and I cannot click on the message that I want, it will do this three or four
times before stopping to allow me put my mouse where I want to. Any ideas what
is causing this?
