We have the same printers installed and this is the view on the screen, although I know the default printer being different can cause the problem, although we have the same default printer. The normal.dot should be the same as far as margins, pages etc go, but you never know what folks have done. Then, select that printer as the printer for Word. See if this changes the way the docs look. If it does, then you will need to deal with it on a per-printer basis. If it doesn't, then it is likely to be a setting within the Normal.doc. In this case, you may be best off to explicitly set the page, margin, header, and footer spacing in your document so that it doesn't default to the information in Normal.doc Let us know your results!
