[mso] Word 2003 / Office Live

Hi all
Can anybody please tell me if it is possible to disable the Microsoft Office
Live toolbar in Word 2003 as I keep trying to remove it and nothing is
happening, it sneaks back in the darned varmint!
I've even tried uninstalling the program update but the toolbar is still
showing!
