Good job, Norma. Persistence pays. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that
this did it for you. I really can't answer your question about the
Works Installer cuz I've never used Works or had it installed in any of
my computers...sorry. But, according to what I've seen concerning your
error, the only one you needed to get rid of was the add-in one anyway,
hopefully.

Latest update: After 3 tries I was able to delete
Microsoft Works 2000
Word in Works Suite Add-in
However Microsoft Works 2000 Setup Launcher would not uninstall. It is
on the same CD with Word 2000 so it appears that this cannot be
deleted??? Right?
I have Defragged, ran a Scan and restarted computer
So unless I hear otherwise I will assume that the Setup Launcher is to
remain, and the others are gone.
Hopefully after all this time... this will solve the Winword error. And
the Word 2000 SP patches will fix anything else.
