Not a problem Graham ... I don't believe there is a way to send the out-of-office messages to select people ... I think it's all or nothing (which is stupid), unless you create a rule with a template and send that to individuals, which is a lot more work. The biggest problem I have with the way Outlook sends the autoresponders and the way Freelists works, is the autoresponders are sent to individuals who post, but not the whole group, so if I don't post every damn day, I don't know that someone's autoresponder is doing that ... once I see one, I always put that person on vacation ... but many times I don't post and I'm unaware of it. I wish I could fix that part, but I don't seem to be able to, so I hope everyone will forgive me for the occasional autoresponder I miss. But, yes, the best thing to do is to set yourself to vacation, then you don't even have to worry about the autoresponders becuz you won't receive the group mails in your Outlook inbox, so the autoresponder won't be sent. I was really under pressure with deadlines yesterday (UK time) and couldn't find the setting in Outlook to exclude certain addresses from receiving the O-o-O. I have now set my account as Vacation mode.
