Thanks Linda,
No, I haven't tried a detect and repair yet because we were trying to solve 
this over the phone. I will try to coach him on this, he just told me he's 
going to be away for two weeks, if he's unable to solve it when he comes 
back I'll go down to his office and try it myself.
BTW your tutorial is very good (as usual).
