[mso] Toolbar is missing

...or rather it is very limited....
I have seen this before but cannot remember to restore the standard 
toolbar on an excell spreadsheet.

In document search mode it is working perfectly. When you the open the 
excell spreadsheet your tool bar at the top is now limited to a box that 
shows the cell you are currently in and the function tool is the remaining 
part of whats leftt in the toolbox area. There is no option to right click 
anywhere in the area and I have been unable to locate the anywhere where I 
can restore the toolbox to defaults or similar.

Can anyone please assist
