AFAIK, the only graphic format (other than pdf) that handles multi-pages is tiff. Most scanning programs allow multiple pages if scanning into tiff (or fax). We use Paperport in the office and it allows you to combine multiple scanned pages into a single file. But scanning as a Word Doc, couldn't just open the first one and then copy, paste the remaining scanned documents into the first file? Christine McDonald Technical Specialist -----Original Message----- From: George [mailto:george@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]=20 Sent: Monday, April 21, 2003 11:56 AM To: Microsoft Office Subject: [mso] Scanning Documents We are trying to archive paper documents to CD to reduce paper files. I would like to scan documents that are several pages long. My scanner only scans one page at a time. If I scan as a Word document, how do I get all the pages as a single file and not multiple files? I would prefer to have one document that is ten pages rather than ten files of say, doc_abc_page_1_of_10.doc, etc. Anyone got any ideas?
