A user in my office has a rule setup to check for messages from a specific user in the office and move them to a separate folder when they come in. The rule works fine, the messages do go into the folder we specified, but for some reason there's a copy of the message still in the inbox, so she ends up with duplicates of every email from this person. I checked the rule, even deleted it and created a brand new one, and it's still doing it. I made sure it was on "move the message" instead of copy the message. Any help would be appreciated. We're using Outlook 2002 with all current updates on exchange 5.5 with sp4. Thanks. ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
