The REF idea is a good one and I was able to get that to work. My only
problem now is that I know to select the entire document and press F9 to
populate the fields, but I was wondering if there's a way to insert a small
amount of VBA code to have this happen automatically so the user doesn't
have to worry about it.
Thanks.
